[Tulsa, Oklahoma, September 9, 2019] – Clary Sage College will hold an informational friendraiser event for Clary Runway on September 10th at the historic Harwelden Mansion. This event will allow participants to learn more about Clary Runway, preview student designs, and learn more about how they can get involved. This event will last from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Those interested in attending the event can find tickets on Eventbrite or on the Facebook event page.
“Enjoy wine and cheese, meet one of the designers for Clary Runway, preview the fashions, and learn about how you can purchase tickets and get involved with the show! Plus, see the beautifully restored Harwelden Mansion! This event is free with the donation of an item to add to our raffle baskets or live auction. Donations will be accepted in lieu of raffle items as well. This is a come and go event, feel free to stop by for a few minutes or stay the entire time. We would love to see you there!,” said Derek Ball, Clary Sage College Assistant Campus Director and Clary Runway Project Manager.
Clary Runway is an annual fundraiser fashion show put on by Clary Sage College. Clary Sage College Fashion Design students showcase the clothing lines they have developed over the 11 months of their program. This year, the event will be on September 28th at Cain’s Ballroom. The Clary Sage College Fashion Design program offers students a comprehensive education in fashion design. Students develop their skills and learn patternmaking, 3D printing, professional portfolio development, fashion sketching, clothing construction, apparel production, advanced sewing techniques, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. At the end of their program, students showcase their designs at Clary Runway.
